Events

We haven't finished planning this yet, so this is tentative (check back closer to the exciting day!). Our current thoughts:

    Saturday, June 18th
  • Saturday: 24-hour housewarming party at the Alpine Butterfly Lodge, our home, from 1PM Saturday to 1PM Sunday. We will have bachelor and bachelorette party festivities there as well.

    • Sunday, June 19th
  • Sunday Morning: We (and some of you) will still be recovering from the aforementioned party, and preparing for the wedding. But you should feel free to head over and enjoy the lovely park at any time.
  • Sunday 2PM: Guests start arriving. General milling about and socializing, plus helping us setup!
  • Sunday 3PM: Ceremony
  • Sunday 3:30PM: Reception (same location). We'll be serving a meal of fruit, cheeses, sandwiches, salads, and vegetables. Beverages will include water, iced tea, lemonade, diet coke (necessary for the survival of the groom's father), coke, and sprite. Plus champagne and cheap wine! (mmm...cheap wine...) Bring frisbees and other toys for park frolicing!
  • Sunday, afterwards: Feel free to enjoy the space and surrounding park until sunset.
  • Sunday Night: Go away! Time for our honeymoon to the beach :).
